Service Commitment
We stand behind our work and are committed to providing quality bike repair services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Warranty on Labor
We provide a warranty on our labor for the following periods:
- Basic Repairs: 30 days from service date
- Major Repairs: 90 days from service date
- Complete Tune-Ups: 60 days from service date
If a repair covered by our warranty fails due to workmanship issues, we will redo the repair at no additional labor charge. Parts may have separate manufacturer warranties.
Parts and Components
Parts and components installed during service may have separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information for any parts we install. Defective parts will be replaced according to manufacturer warranty terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service was not completed as agreed
- Service was performed incorrectly and cannot be remedied
- You cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours notice (service fee may apply)
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled service:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund (CAD) or reschedule at no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund (CAD) or reschedule with small fee (CAD)
- Same-day cancellation: No refund, but we can reschedule
No-Show Policy
If our mechanic arrives at the scheduled location and you are not present or cannot be reached, a no-show fee (CAD) may apply. This fee covers our travel and time costs.
Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not caused by our service. If we discover additional issues during service, we will inform you before proceeding with additional work.

Limitations
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents after service
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from weather or environmental factors
- Issues arising from modifications made after our service
